This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User" or "you") and Sngine ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Sngine application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to:
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the content you upload, share, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content"). This includes images, videos, comments, and any other materials you contribute.
By uploading User Content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App and our business. This license includes the right to use your User Content for promotional purposes, including in marketing materials and advertisements.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or sharing it. You affirm that:

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App and its components, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Sngine or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the App ("Feedback"), you grant us the right to use such Feedback without any obligation to you. We may use Feedback for any purpose, including improving the App and developing new features.
This Agreement will commence on the effective date and continue until terminated by either party.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing all use of the App.
We may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason, including if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to access and use the App will immediately cease.
Upon termination of this Agreement, all licenses granted to you under this Agreement will terminate, and you must cease all use of the App. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App, including its reliability, availability, or suitability for your needs. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sngine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sngine, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
The App may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Sngine. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Sngine shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in [Your Jurisdiction], and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sngine regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised terms within the App or by notifying you via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and any failure of Sngine to assert a right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
